• Notify ph99 live support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

ph99 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where the information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

ph99 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all member accounts as a mandatory step before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification may also be required at other points during the account lifecycle at ph99's discretion, including upon account opening, when account activity triggers a review, or when the account balance reaches certain thresholds.

To complete KYC verification on ph99, you will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued documents:

ph99 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the ph99 Platform and is not liable for service outages caused by factors outside ph99's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications infrastructure failures, Philippine government directives, or third-party service provider disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

ph99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by the member.
• Discovery that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the member provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour on the ph99 Platform.
• A member's account being identified as a duplicate account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a ph99 request to do so.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from a member or a responsible third party.
• Direction from a relevant Philippine authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed due to a member breach, ph99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending withdrawal requests. Where an account is closed at ph99's discretion in the absence of member fault, outstanding real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not yet converted through play) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of your ph99 account, a gaming outcome, a payment, or a promotion, you should raise it with ph99 live support in the first instance via the in-platform live chat feature. ph99 will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to provide a resolution within five business days of receiving all relevant information.

To assist ph99 in resolving your dispute as efficiently as possible, please provide the following information when contacting live support: your registered ph99 account email address, the date and time of the disputed transaction or game round, the game or betting market name (if applicable), the relevant reference number (if displayed on ph99), and a clear description of the issue.

ph99's decision on any complaint, issued after due consideration of all relevant facts and a review of the relevant transaction records, will be communicated to you in writing. ph99 reserves the right to decline to respond to complaints submitted more than thirty (30) days after the disputed event occurred.

ph99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ph99 will notify Filipino members by posting the updated Terms on the ph99 website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered member email addresses or via the ph99 app push notification system.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date published on the ph99 website. Your continued use of the ph99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the ph99 Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ph99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the ph99 Privacy Policy and ph99 Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph99 with respect to your use of the ph99 Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
